Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Signora ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App on your iOS device for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Modify, adapt, or hack the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, loan, sell, or distribute the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and signatures
- All activities that occur through your use of the App
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- The legal validity and enforceability of signatures you create
- Backing up your signature data as needed
Digital Signatures
The App allows you to create digital signatures for documents. You acknowledge that:
- The legal validity of digital signatures varies by jurisdiction
- You are responsible for determining whether digital signatures are legally binding in your jurisdiction
- We do not provide legal advice regarding signature validity
- We are not liable for any legal consequences of signature usage
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Signora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to signatures and documents you create using the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SIGNORA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Business interruption
- Any other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from signature usage or document signing
Premium Features
The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases:
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
- Premium features are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue premium features
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
